A member has made a negative impression. What can I do?

If you’ve had a negative experience with another member, or are sure they are breaking our rules, click on the three dots symbol on the profile in question – then click on report profile. Here are examples of behavior you should definitely report to us:

• You have been harassed, received unwanted, indecent or illegal messages, or the suggested profile contains such content.
• A dog borrower is requesting/demanding payment for dog-sharing services.
• A dog borrower has treated your dog unsuitably/incorrectly.
• A dog owner is treating his/her own dog(s) unsuitably/incorrectly.
• A member is misusing our platform for his/her own promotional purposes, or other purposes for which this dog-sharing platform is not intended.

We decide whether to warn or exclude users on a case-to-case basis.
